Hello, my name is David, and I am honoured that you have considered Mindful-Nondual Therapy. The goal of my practice is to provide an understanding and compassionate space for you to explore your inner self and experience healing and growth. Healing

There are many methods of healing. The only one I have found that works on all levels of is IFS Therapy.

The IFS approach offers a compassionate and transformative approach to emotional healing. Based on the understanding that our minds are made up of different "parts," IFS allows us to explore these internal voices—such as the inner critic, the protector, or the wounded child and bring harmony to our inner world.

In IFS Therapy, you'll be guided to reconnect with your core Self—the calm, wise, and compassionate essence that exists within each of us. By cultivating a relationship with your parts, healing can occur, allowing you to release old patterns of fear, anxiety, and emotional pain.

Awakening

There are many methods of awakening. The two I have found to be most useful is relative-level of mindfulness and absolute-level of nonduality.

Both can serve as a transformative path toward awakening in balancing the personal elements of thoughts or emotions and the universal condition of spacious, boundless, already awakened awareness.

Through mindfulness practices, we can learn to cultivate presence, observe experiences with nonjudgmental awareness, and foster emotional regulation. Nondual teachings, on the other hand, can help to dissolve the illusion of separation between self and others, leading to a profound realization of unity and interconnectedness. This holistic perspective encourages a shift from identifying with a limited sense of self to recognizing one’s inherent wholeness. On a purely human level, these approaches can support you in navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and compassion, facilitating an authentic and sustainable path to mental, emotional, and spiritual awakening.

I am committed to supporting you throughout this journey, whether you are struggling with a particular issue, or seeking to deepen your understanding of yourself, other people or existence in general.
